What the forms collect

The guest form asks for contact details, dates, guest count, preferred destination or home, and optional preferences. The owner form asks for contact details, a property location or market, an optional listing link and your service needs.

How the information is used

Information submitted here is stored in VRE’s Wix site and made available to authorized site collaborators so the team can evaluate and respond to your request. A submission may also create or update a contact record. Submitting an inquiry is not consent to an unrelated marketing subscription.

Necessary website storage

The forms use a Wix anonymous visitor token, stored in your browser when storage is available, to load and submit the correct form. This version does not add advertising pixels or a separate analytics tracker. Portfolio media is served from Wix’s media infrastructure.

Do not send sensitive documents

Do not enter payment-card numbers, bank details, identity documents, tax forms or passwords in these forms. Payment and agreement steps are handled separately after VRE confirms the booking or service details.

Booking and service terms

An inquiry does not reserve a property, authorize a charge or create a management agreement. Applicable terms are provided with the relevant quote and agreement.
